(260311) -- SUEZ CANAL, March 11, 2026 (Xinhua) -- Tanker carrying petroleum products navigates the Red Sea near the entrance of the Suez Canal in Suez Governorate, Egypt, on March 11, 2026. The International Energy Agency (IEA) has recommended a release of 400 million barrels of oil from stockpiles, the largest such move in IEA history, Executive Director Fatih Birol said on Wednesday.
