LOS ANGELES -- Two people were killed and 23 others transported to hospitals after a vessel overturned Sunday off the coast of the U.S. city of San Diego, authorities said.

TRIPOLI -- At least 11 illegal immigrants drowned off the coast of western Libya on Sunday morning, according to the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
